Will I have to pay custom duties or import fees on international orders?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not control these fees and are not responsible for any additional charges applied after your order has shipped.
Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted but a 10% restocking fee will be charged and you also must pay the return shipping on the item. Circumstances may vary on the reason for the return.
When will a product be back in stock?
We try to minimize out of stock time usually out of stock items are back available within a month! If we are no longer carrying an item it will be removed from the site.
Do you ship to my country?
We do ship internationally! As long as the website allows you to checkout, we will ship it to your provided address!
Why is my shipping so expensive?
If you see exorbitant shipping costs during checkout there's likely a glitch preventing the real-time shipping cost from being calculated properly. This is intentional, just email us at support@mandrshop.com (provide a screenshot or list of all items in your cart along with the shipping address you input) and we will get it fixed ASAP!
When will my order ship?
Normal shipping days are Monday - Thursday during business hours. Apparel is the only exception as it is fulfilled by a 3rd party. Tracking number will be sent to the email you provided when your shipping label is printed.
